The fire at Mongoose Junction destroyed the second floor and severely damaged several businesses on the ground level of the third building on Friday, January 23, 2015.
Caribbean Claims was able to assist the Tap Room, a local bar and brewery, and Caravan Gallery, a sterling jewelry and artifact shop, in submitting their insurance claims and negotiating their settlements.
Letting Caribbean Claims handle their insurance settlement allowed the Tap Room and Caravan Gallery to focus on rebuilding what they lost during the fire.
